The Art of Becoming Younger:

Aging is the accumulated effect of stress over time. This results in the body's metabolism remaining in a catabolic (breakdown) state far too often over extended periods of time, which gives rise to premature physiological deterioration, emotional instability and the loss of our natural state of wellness.  
​This condition can not only be eliminated but can, in fact, be reversed!

The Art of Becoming Younger is a four-day program which takes place over three months. It allows participants to align body, mind and spirit to generate and reproduce healthier and more vital cells each and every day.
 
​The following is a sampling of what participants will experience during the first of these four days:

  • Reframe cultural conditioning as it relates to aging.
  • Understand the body as a bio-electromagnetic organism.
  • Understand our vital Life Force (chi) as a bio-electromagnetic field.
  • Understand how to influence the bio-electromagnetic field in ways that increase vitality.
  • Learn to recognize thoughts, foods, substances and actions that diminish vitality.
  • Know how to test for increased/decreased vitality in your daily life.
  • Gain skills and confidence needed to create healthy and vital cells for becoming younger every day!

Dyno-Stretch :

Dyno-stretch is a 10-minute program that releases all major muscle groups. It is a safe and effective muscle release method that allows muscles to reach their full length while protecting the joints, ligaments and tendons. This program is designed for everyone from the serious athlete who wants increased strength and range of motion to the less active person who simply wants to remain younger, more comfortable, flexible and healthy.
